Financial empowerment in 3 easy steps
No mystery and no jargon. Here is exactly what happens, how long each part takes, what you leave with and what it costs, before you decide anything.

Meet and Greet
What happens
A straightforward conversation. We ask about how you are paid, what you own, what you owe and what you are trying to do. You ask us anything you like. There is nothing to sign and nothing to prepare, and nobody will chase you afterward.
How long it takes
About 20 minutes.
What you leave with
A clear picture of which two or three decisions would make the biggest difference to you, and an honest answer about whether working together makes sense. If it does not, you still keep the picture.
What it costs
Complimentary. No obligation, plainly.

Solutions Meeting
What happens
We come back with a written plan built on your real numbers: the accounts, the cover, the tax structure, the timeline. We walk through it together, change what does not sit right, and then put what you approve in place alongside your accountant, never instead of them.
How long it takes
About an hour, usually two to four weeks after the first meeting.
What you leave with
The written plan itself, and the first pieces of it actually in motion. Not a binder for a shelf: things set up, paperwork done, deadlines noted.
What it costs
Explained in writing before anything is agreed. See how we are paid below.

Wealth and Maintenance
What happens
Every six months we review the plan against what has actually happened: income changes, a new child, a business growing, a house bought or sold. The plan gets adjusted so it keeps fitting the life you are living rather than the one you had when we wrote it.
How long it takes
Twice a year, with room for more when life changes.
What you leave with
Confidence that nothing is quietly drifting off course, and a person to call when something changes between reviews.
What it costs
Built into how we are paid, and explained upfront.

What if I decide it's not for me?
We would rather hear an honest no than have a client who stayed out of politeness. The only thing we ask is that you take the 20 minutes before deciding, because most people who say they have their finances handled have never actually checked. Here is how we are paid, so you can judge the incentives for yourself.
Questions about the process
Is the first meeting really free?
Yes, genuinely. The Meet and Greet is complimentary and carries no obligation. It is a working conversation about your finances, not a sales pitch, and you are free to take what you learned and do nothing further.
How long does the whole process take?
Most people go from first meeting to a plan in place in four to six weeks. The Meet and Greet takes about 20 minutes, the Solutions Meeting around an hour, and the time in between is us doing the detailed work. After that, reviews happen twice a year.
Do I need to prepare anything before the first meeting?
Nothing formal. It helps to know roughly what you earn, what you owe and what you own, but you do not need to gather paperwork. If we move to a Solutions Meeting we will tell you exactly which documents to bring.
What if my situation is too simple or too complicated?
Neither is a problem. Simple situations need the same good habits set up early, and complicated ones are exactly where a written plan earns its keep. If your situation needs a specialist we do not have, we will say so in the first meeting and point you to one.
